Karen moved back to Canada after spending most of her life in the Bahamas, where she practiced for 25 years as an Upledger Certified Craniosacral Therapist and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the United States. Personal Training lead her to learn about stretching and fascia which eventually lead her to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist and studying Rolfing, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy.
