Tracy Mack – RMT, B.Sc., B.Ed.
Registered Massage Therapist
During her 10 years of teaching in Vancouver, southern China, and Japan, Tracy experienced the stress-reducing benefits of massage therapy as a patient, and began to contemplate it as a career.
She completed the Massage Therapy program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2010 and opened up her own clinic Cedarwood Massage Therapy in Kerrisdale.
Tracy believes in treating the whole person rather than just an injury, and that preventative healthcare such as stress-reduction is integral to wellness. Her gentle approach includes traditional Swedish massage, and incorporates stretching, joint mobilization, and myofascial release. She has had success working with people of all ages suffering from tension headaches, depression, anxiety, low back pain, and reduced range of motion in joints of the neck and shoulders. When she is not working as an RMT, you might find Tracy playing golf, trying to learn a new language, painting, or with her nose stuck in a book.
Tracy accepts credit cards, but no debit at this time.
